E. & C. Dal-Cin Construction is a father and son partnership established in 1989. A design-build contractor, E. & C. Dal-Cin Construction gives their clients the opportunity to work with one group of individuals; starting with in-house design and seeing the client’s project through right to the final brush stroke.
Eugenio Dal-Cin started out as a painter in 1959 when he immigrated to Canada from Italy and eventually became a foreman for a large painting and decorating company where he worked for 25 years. He later started up on his own as a renovation contractor in the Ottawa area. Carlo Dal-Cin is an architectural technologist with a diploma in architectural restoration and rehabilitation from Algonquin College. He spent 6 years with a local developer, starting out as a junior designer and eventually becoming the company’s project manager; during which time he built both residential projects and commercial buildings.
In 1989, father and son joined forces, with a goal of providing quality design and construction at an affordable price by assuring clients attention to detail with personal supervision of each project undertaken. Along with a trustworthy team of sub-trades, E. & C. Dal-Cin Construction strives to complete each project, residential or commercial, on time and on budget.
